Service Fee and Scope

Clients shall be charged a non-refundable and non-negotiable service fee per child, which covers the application process for up to ten (10) sixth-form schools and universities. This fee also includes two (2) reviews of the study plan and the school shortlist. Full payment of the service fee is required prior to the commencement of services.

Concierge Indemnity

Timi Aluko and TAEC Limited serve as educational consultants and explicitly do not provide immigration consultancy services. Clients acknowledge that they are responsible for selecting their immigration consultants independently. While Timi Aluko and TAEC Limited may provide recommendations, these are advisory in nature, and no liability shall be borne by the Agency for such recommendations.

Visa Support Services

Visa support services provided by Timi Aluko and TAEC Limited are strictly administrative and do not constitute immigration consultancy or legal advice. These services are limited to assistance with the completion of visa paperwork and the submission of visa applications. Timi Aluko and TAEC Limited make no representations or warranties regarding the approval of visa applications, nor do they provide immigration guidance.

Visa Processing and Limitations

Timi Aluko and TAEC Limited shall not be responsible for delays in visa processing times, as such timelines are governed solely by embassy or consulate operations. Timi Aluko and TAEC Limited disclaim any liability for the approval, rejection, or delay of visa applications. No guarantees of visa issuance or approval are made or implied by the Agency.

Fee Policy

All service, application, and administrative fees are the sole responsibility of the client. Fees paid to Timi Aluko and TAEC Limited are non-refundable and are allocated directly toward processing educational applications. As these fees are applied to third-party institutions and processes, they are not retained by Timi Aluko and TAEC Limited, and no refunds shall be issued under any circumstances.

Proof of Funds

Timi Aluko and TAEC Limited do not provide services related to the provision or verification of proof of funds for visa applications or any other related processes. Clients must independently ensure the availability and accuracy of such documents.

Authenticity of Documents

In the event that a client submits falsified documents or provides false information, Timi Aluko and TAEC Limited reserve the right to immediately terminate services. Such termination shall not entitle the client to a refund of any fees paid.

Agreement to Terms

By engaging the services of Timi Aluko and TAEC Limited, clients explicitly agree to the terms and conditions set forth herein, including the non-refundable and non-negotiable service charge of USD $500. Any engagement of services shall constitute full acceptance of these terms.

Disclaimer

These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Clients are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with any applicable rules and regulations in their respective jurisdictions.

Indemnity

The client hereby declares and warrants that all information provided to Talent, Academics & Education Consult (TAEC Limited) is true, accurate, and complete to the best of their knowledge and belief. The client acknowledges and understands that providing false or misleading information may result in legal consequences under Nigerian law.

The client further acknowledges that the Agency relies on the accuracy and authenticity of the information provided in order to fulfill its obligations and provide the requested services. The client agrees to promptly notify the Agency of any changes or updates to the information provided.

The Agency reserves the right to verify any information submitted by the client through relevant means, including but not limited to contacting educational institutions, conducting background checks, and engaging third-party authorities. The client consents to the sharing of their information with third parties for the purpose of verification.

Should any false, inaccurate, or incomplete information be provided, the Agency reserves the right to reject the application or immediately terminate its services without refund.

The client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Timi Aluko, TAEC Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to any false, inaccurate, or incomplete information provided by the client.

The client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions, and such acknowledgment shall be binding upon them.

This policy shall be binding and enforceable in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
